This package requires going to the counter during business hours and exchanging the physical ticket.
This ticket allows you to take the bus as many times as you want on the same day (after picking up the ticket, you need to choose the boarding and alighting locations, travel date and departure time according to the bus schedule).
It is recommended to pick up the ticket at least 1 day in advance. If you are late for the trip due to personal reasons or if you have not redeemed your ticket, no refund will be given. Please note.
Regarding the boarding location, on-site staff will inform you of the details when you redeem your physical ticket.
No reservation is required for hot spring facilities. Simply present your hot spring voucher at the facility on the day of your visit.
Due to Japanese culture, guests with tattoos, tattoo stickers, body painting, etc. are not allowed to bathe in the hot springs.
