We prepare fresh, seasonal Hokkaido ingredients every day. In addition to crab, sea urchin, and salmon roe, you can enjoy the best seasonal delicacies such as octopus eggs, Atka mackerel, herring, smelt, sailfin poacher, Keiji salmon, and grape shrimp (all served as sushi toppings) as sashimi or nigiri. Our relaxed interior features a raised seating area (private room) that can accommodate up to 18 people. It is perfect for company trips, office banquets, business dinners, or meals while sightseeing. Smoking is permitted, so smokers are welcome.
Our restaurant carefully selects seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido and serves them to our customers with the time and effort that only a sushi restaurant can provide. We prepare and serve the most delicious sushi ingredients of the season every day, including not only crab, sea urchin, and salmon roe, but also octopus manma, Atka mackerel, herring, shishamo, star anise, salmon roe, and grape shrimp. For the rice, we use a special vinegar mixed with kelp powder. It has a distinctive greenish color, and we have put a lot of effort into making sure that you can fully enjoy the flavor of Hokkaido even from the rice.
Although it is a sushi restaurant, the casual atmosphere is appealing and can be enjoyed by anyone. The restaurant has three private rooms, perfect for entertaining, which can be connected to accommodate up to 18 people. It can also be rented out for private use for up to 28 people, making it ideal for company trips from outside Hokkaido, company getaways, seasonal parties, and more. The counter seats, with the display case in front of you, are special seats where you can see the ingredients and choose your own. Please enjoy a blissful moment to your heart's content.
