The udon noodles are Musashino udon noodles, characterized by their thick texture. They are made with 100% udon flour from Saitama Prefecture. The soba noodles are made in-store using domestic buckwheat flour ground in a stone mill. The nihachi soba noodles are fragrant, smooth, and easy to swallow.
You can enjoy the special dishes that can only be found at a soba restaurant, such as rolled eggs in dashi broth and addictive fried soba, which is handmade fresh soba fried to a fragrant finish. Other special dishes include duck meatballs with cartilage, tenderly simmered domestic duck loin, and soba restaurant deep-fried tofu in dashi broth, which go well with local sake from all over Japan.
You can enjoy our proud handmade soba noodles at the end of the course. We have a 3,500 yen course with 2 hours of all-you-can-drink and a 4,500 yen course with 3 hours of all-you-can-drink. The fully private rooms, available for 4-30 people, are sunken kotatsu style Japanese-style seating. As they are fully private, they can also be used for entertaining guests.
