You can enjoy the rare "Dorobuta" that you rarely see anywhere else. We raise our own pigs and are particular about what we feed them. They are raised free-range in the forests of Tokachi, so they have little odor, and their fat is sweet and full of flavor. They have a smooth texture. We recommend the assortment, where you can compare four different types of prosciutto with different parts and textures. We also offer Spanish small dishes made with plenty of Hokkaido ingredients, and our proud smoked dishes that will make you want to take photos.
We have three types of Obihiro craft beer available, including Tom and Ellen's Holiday. - During busy periods, we limit seating time to 2 hours. Thank you for your cooperation. If you do not arrive within 20 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be cancelled. We do not accept customers with a history of no-shows.
