[Who Can Fly / Eligibility]
- Flyer must be aged 7 years and above.
- Flyers must weigh less than 120kg if shorter than 180cm, or 140kg if taller than 180cm.
- Flyers must not be pregnant, have no plaster cast; are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs; have not previously dislocated the shoulder; and have no history of back or neck injury or heart problems.
[Waiver Form]
- Participants must complete the AltitudeX waiver form.
- Flyers below 18 years of age need a signed permission from a parent or guardian.
[Pre-Flight Requirements]
- Participants are required to check-in 1 hour before the flight time for professional training; to ensure safety throughout flight experience; and gearing up.
- Participants must be able to fit comfortably into our flight gear and safety helmets.
- Dress comfortably. Ladies are advised not to wear skirts or dresses.
- Ladies with long hair are advised to tie up their hair to minimise messy knotty hair.
- Wear well fitted laced up sneakers/shoes so that they can be tightened before the flight. They are available for rent at S$4.00 with a pair of AltitudeX Singapore Socks.
- Avoid wearing accessories like necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches, etc.
- Lockers are available for rent onsite.
- Participants are required to present a Photo ID / Passport (digital or physical copy) for verification during check-in.
- Strictly NO photography / videography is allowed directly in front of wind tunnel.

Option 2: Advance reservation request is required (at least 3 working days in advance) and booking confirmation is subject to availability. Kindly send an email to info@sg.altitudex.com. Please attach valid eVoucher(s), stating preferred flight date, flight time, number of participant(s), full name(s) and date of birth(s). Any reservation request without valid eVoucher(s) will be denied.
