We recommend the demi-glace sauce made from beef bones and other ingredients simmered for two days. Please also enjoy homemade bread and desserts made with local fruits.
During cafe time, we offer French toast and honey toast made with homemade bread, as well as handmade desserts. You can enjoy rare cheesecake and baked tarts made with seasonal fruits from the local Boso region. Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing time in a traditional Japanese house.
