We only use the finest quality Japanese black beef, including Hida beef. You can enjoy carefully prepared meat dishes such as roast beef, sukiyaki, beef mabushi, and meat sushi. We especially recommend the "Sea Urchin Yukhoe," which is also offered as a course. It is cooked at low temperature for about two hours, retaining a texture close to that of raw meat. We also offer "Hand-rolled Nori Yukhoe" topped with sea urchin, salmon roe, and raw yuba. We also have a selection of dishes that make use of fresh seasonal fish and vegetables.
Opened in June in the Tamamiya area, a 4-minute walk from Gifu Station. All seats are fully private, creating a sophisticated, adult space where you can relax and enjoy delicious, top-notch food and drinks. The interior of the restaurant was designed with comfort in mind, with flat induction tables and touch panel ordering also considered for convenience. You can also enjoy brands such as Yamazaki 12 Year Old, Hakushu 12 Year Old, Hibiki, and Ichiro's Malt Classical Edition. The premium beer "Sorachi" brewed with legendary hops is a rare drink. Our selection of sake will give you a joyful experience, including Gifu local sake, Juyondai, and Aramasa. We also offer fruit vinegar sours and fresh fruit juice sours. We are particular about our sake vessels, including thin beer glasses.
The rooftop beer garden will be open from July. It is equipped with a roof and parasols, so it can be used in all weather conditions.
