- Store Introduction - Enjoy Sarasan's proud handmade soba noodles made from 100% whole wheat flour and the chef's carefully selected mountain and river delicacies from Takayama, Gifu.

Sarasan Main Branch is a hideaway surrounded by greenery in a quiet residential area. We offer soba noodles handmade in our workshop every day, as well as seasonal sake snacks and banquets, and you can also enjoy "soba aperitifs." We can cater for a variety of occasions, including soba noodles, seasonal dishes, banquets, a wide variety of sweets, high-quality gifts, and soba-making experiences. We also have private rooms. Please feel free to use our restaurant to spend time with your family or loved ones.

We are committed to the three principles of whole wheat soba and strive to provide our customers with better soba. All the soba served in our restaurant is handmade, and what we have always valued is the simple desire to "eat delicious soba, and to have our customers eat delicious soba." In particular, our 100% buckwheat soba is made with thin, continuous soba, making it a gluten-free soba that is typical of Sarasan.

We started growing buckwheat under direct contract with buckwheat farmers, and are focusing on consistent quality control from the field to the store (consumption). We believe that this is one of the largest direct purchases by a single buckwheat shop nationwide, and that our involvement from the field cultivation stage is also rare in Japan. As a 6th industry for buckwheat shops, we go from knowing the ingredients to knowing the buckwheat craftsmen. Sarasan delivers safe and secure food, food culture, and techniques to our customers.
