A shabu-shabu specialty restaurant serving top-quality Japanese Black Wagyu beef and beef tongue in three specially crafted broths. Enjoy unlimited refills of 10 rare types of mushrooms and seasonal vegetables from our own farm! Shabu-shabu course with beef tongue, Kirishima pork, duck, 10 types of mushrooms, and vegetables (11 dishes) for 5500 yen. Shabu-shabu course with Japanese Black Wagyu beef, 10 types of mushrooms, and vegetables (13 dishes) for 8800 yen. All seats are in private rooms, reminiscent of a speakeasy from the Prohibition era. We have a selection of rare cuts of Wagyu beef, rare mushrooms, and fresh vegetables that you won't often find. Our shabu-shabu, which allows you to enjoy the original flavor of carefully selected ingredients, is exquisite! We also offer luxurious course meals starting from 3,300 yen. Perfect for girls' nights, birthday parties, and dinner parties in Nagoya.
Because we are particular about the ingredients we use, we believe that shabu-shabu is the best way to eat them, as it allows us to make the most of the flavor of the ingredients. Please try it once, as you can enjoy the original sweetness, aroma, and flavor of rare cuts of meat such as misuji and fillet, which can only be taken in small quantities from a single cow.
We recommend the course menu made with colorful ingredients. We also have courses with hearty menu items such as rare cuts of Wagyu beef, yukhoe, and meat sushi! We can also add an all-you-can-drink option with Japanese sake such as Dassai and wines from around the world, so please make a reservation!
We offer fresh, satisfying vegetables grown with care in our own farm, as well as mushrooms with unique aromas and textures depending on the type. The healthy ingredients are delicious, served with three types of special broth. Customers ordering the course menu can enjoy all-you-can-eat, so please make a reservation!

- *If there is an item you dislike in the course menu and you would like to change it to a different dish, please let us know when making your reservation. *You can add a 3-hour all-you-can-drink option for an additional 2180 yen. If you add the all-you-can-drink option after arriving at the restaurant, it may not be possible to make it a 3-hour option, so please request it when making your reservation. *On Fridays, Saturdays, and the day before public holidays, the all-you-can-drink option is 2 hours.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
