When you think of Nagoya miso, you think of red miso. Gomidori uses red miso from Kakukyu, a long-established restaurant that has been around since the Edo period. You can enjoy Nagoya's unique red miso dishes to your heart's content, such as miso kushikatsu, dote miso stew, miso oden, and miso stewed kishimen.
Since our founding, we have been grilling our chicken in our secret sauce that has been added to over time, and finishing it off with a little grated ginger. As we use fresh chicken such as purebred Nagoya Cochin chicken every day, we apologize if the chicken is sold out. You can enjoy it at the restaurant, or take it home with you.
