This course allows you to enjoy tagged crab from Sanin in all its delicious forms, whether it's sukiyaki, grilled, or sashimi. You can choose two main dishes from crab sashimi, grilled crab, or crab tempura, and customize the course contents. This is a limited course that can only be enjoyed now, and will end as soon as stock runs out. Matsuba crab is in season from November 6th to April, and red snow crab is in season from September 1st to June.
Uoharu uses its own procurement route to handle seafood delivered directly from Sanin. We go to fishing ports in Sanin and bring back the fish swimming in a truck loaded with a fish tank. We also perform the nerve-killing and bleeding procedures in-house to serve the fish in the best condition. Of all the tempting menu items, the "sashimi menu" is a must-order!
