Our soba noodles are made using buckwheat flour from Kameoka, with 6% binder flour added to improve the texture. We offer a wide range of menu items, including seiro soba, inaka soba (limited to 10 servings), spicy daikon soba, and duck nanban soba. Our homemade tsuyu soup has a strong bonito flavor and goes perfectly with the soba. It is neither too thick nor too thin, and many customers drink up the tsuyu. We serve both lunch and dinner, so please feel free to stop by.
At dinner time from 5:30pm, we offer fresh seasonal fish grilled with saikyo seasoning. Enjoy the taste of seasonal fish such as yellowtail and Spanish mackerel.
