At Yakiniku Gyuhikari, you can enjoy yakiniku made with high-quality meat. With the desire to "let people taste truly delicious beef" and "let people know the appeal of rare cuts," we purchase only A5-grade Japanese Black Beef from Kagoshima Prefecture and provide it under strict quality control. In addition, by purchasing rare cuts, which are only available in very small quantities from a single cow, in blocks, we are able to offer the highest-grade meat at a reasonable price.
