The original flavor of "Hakata Jidori" is extracted by carefully simmering it. The thick, cloudy soup is full of collagen and is so delicious that you will be addicted after just one sip. The thick chicken meat that you can enjoy in Mizutaki is also soaked in the flavor of the soup, making it even more delicious. It goes well with Yamato's homemade ponzu sauce, which has a slightly sweet taste, and you can also adjust the taste to your liking by adding salt or homemade yuzu pepper.
At Yamato, in addition to the famous Mizutaki, you can also enjoy Kyushu, Fukuoka and Hakata gourmet food to your heart's content, which is the secret to its popularity.
