- Popular attractions at Universal Studios Japan often have long queues. The Express Pass shortens your wait and gives you one ride on each attraction listed on the pass.
- The Express Pass must be used together with a park admission ticket (Studio Pass).

How Express Pass Time Slots Are Assigned
- After payment, KKday books your Express Pass based on your preferred session. Express Passes sell in real time, so by the time your payment is complete your preferred session may be sold out, short of the quantity you need, or affected by other factors. Please note and agree that KKday may not be able to provide the session you selected.
- If your group wants to use the Express Pass in the same session, book everyone in one order so KKday can try to arrange it. This is not guaranteed; the actual entry time is the one shown on your voucher. Once the voucher is sent, KKday cannot change it to a similar or matching time or cancel the order. Separate orders are processed independently and are more likely to be given different sessions.
- The Instant Confirmation and voucher issuance shown in the package options apply only when your preferred session is successfully booked. If it is sold out and the order has to be canceled, KKday needs one extra business day to confirm and notify you.

How does the Universal Studios Japan Express Pass work?
The Universal Studios Japan Express Pass gives you access to shorter queues at the attractions included in your selected package.
It does not eliminate every wait or cover every ride.
Each included attraction normally allows 1 Express entry, unless your package explicitly states otherwise.
Check the attraction list, usage rules, and any assigned entry times before booking.
Does the Express Pass include admission to Universal Studios Japan?
An Express Pass alone does not include park admission.
You also need a valid park admission ticket, such as a Studio Pass.
If you choose an admission bundle, check that park admission is explicitly included and that both tickets are valid for your intended visit date.
Which USJ Express Pass should I choose?
Choose by the rides you most want to experience, then compare the number of attractions covered. Passes with the same number can include different rides.
Express Pass 4: Consider this if you have a shorter list of priority rides. Check whether the included attractions match your interests.
Express Pass 5: Compare the 5-attraction combinations with other packages, especially if they include your must-do rides.
Express Pass 7 or 8: Consider these if you want Express access to more attractions. Check whether you expect to use the additional rides.
Express Pass Premium: Compare its broader attraction coverage, usage rules, and price for your visit date.
Express Pass Premium Unlimited: Consider this if you plan to use Express access multiple times. Check which attractions qualify and any package restrictions.
Where a package offers a choice between attractions, you choose from those alternatives. It does not include every listed option.
Before purchasing, compare the package's rides, area timed entry, time-slot arrangements, availability, and total price for your visit date.
Does every USJ Express Pass include Super Nintendo World?
No. Choose a package that explicitly includes Super Nintendo World area timed entry if that benefit is important to you.
Follow any area entry time printed on your ticket.
Area entry and Express access to rides are separate benefits.
If Mario Kart: Koopa's Challenge or Donkey Kong's Mine Cart Madness is a priority, make sure the specific attraction is included in your selected package.
Is the USJ Express Pass worth it?
An Express Pass can be worth it if popular rides are a priority and you have limited time at the park.
Compare the price for your visit date with the attractions you expect to use, especially when visiting on busy dates.
It may offer less value if you mainly want shows, shopping, or attractions outside your selected package.

FAQ
1. Can I choose my Express Pass time slots on KKday?
Where preferred-session selection is offered, you can request a preferred session, but it is not guaranteed. Availability can change after payment, and the confirmed times shown on your final voucher apply. Instant confirmation and voucher issuance apply only when your preferred session is successfully booked. If your preferred session is unavailable and the order needs to be canceled, KKday requires one additional business day to confirm and notify you.
2. How do I use my Express Pass tickets?
Save or print the complete ticket, including the QR code and any attraction times. Show the entire ticket to staff at each included attraction’s Express entrance, not just a cropped QR code. Visit attractions with assigned times at the time or within the window printed on your ticket. Attractions without assigned times can be visited during operating hours on the ticket’s valid date. Follow your package’s usage limits. Most passes allow one Express entry per included attraction, while packages explicitly offering repeat access have different rules.
3. Can my group get the same ride times?
Book everyone’s passes in one order if you want matching sessions. KKday will try to arrange the same session for your group, but matching times are not guaranteed. Separate orders are processed independently and may receive different schedules. Check each traveler’s final voucher, as issued times cannot be changed to match another booking.
4. What if my preferred Express Pass is unavailable?
Check another package, session, or visit date. An unavailable option may be sold out, have insufficient tickets for your group, or not yet be open for booking. Compare the alternative package’s attractions and area timed-entry benefits before selecting it. A different pass may not include the same rides as your original choice.
5. Can I share an Express Pass with someone else?
No. Each Express Pass is for 1 person and cannot be shared, even if you want to use it for different rides. Each traveler who wants Express access needs their own valid pass and must meet the requirements for the included attractions.
6. How do I choose an Express Pass for children?
Check each included attraction’s height, age, health and accompanying-adult requirements before purchasing. An Express Pass does not override ride restrictions. Choose a package with attractions your child is eligible for and wants to experience. A pass covering more rides may offer less value if your child cannot use several of them.
7. What happens if I miss my assigned ride time?
You cannot switch to another time slot or receive a refund if you arrive late for a time-designated attraction. Check the times on your voucher before your visit and allow enough time to walk between attractions, particularly those in different areas of the park.
8. What happens if an included attraction closes?
Ask park staff about eligible substitute access. KKday’s listing provides for one-time alternative access to an included attraction without timed entry, subject to the applicable restrictions. Partial refunds and repeat access to the same attraction are not provided. Park staff will confirm the available arrangements on the day.
9. Can I cancel or change my Universal Studios Japan Express Pass tickets?
Customer cancellations, exchanges, date changes and other modifications are not permitted after payment. Check your visit date, package, traveler quantity and time-slot conditions before purchasing. If your preferred session is unavailable and KKday needs to cancel the order, the separate cancellation and notification process described in the Purchase Notice applies.
