At our restaurant, you can enjoy authentic Edomae sushi made with seasonal ingredients. The rice is made with a blend of two types of red vinegar to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. Although it is located in Ginza, our restaurant offers Edomae sushi in a homey atmosphere. It is conveniently located near the station and is easy to find as it is on the first floor of a street-facing restaurant. The interior is bright and clean, with seven counter seats where you can enjoy a conversation with the friendly owner, and a table seating for four where you can relax. If you inquire, we can also accommodate private reservations. Feel free to use our restaurant for everyday use, such as after work or on a date, as well as for anniversaries and other celebrations.
