Reminders

  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • Guest are strongly recommend to provide reachable communication app ID for ease contact purpose.

  • For customer that use LINE as communication app, please make sure to switch on the "Allow Others add me via ID" in your LINE setting, in order to receive supplier's message prior departure.

  • Solo traveler's pickup surcharge will be based on 2 pax.

  • Actual pick up time will subject to operator's arrangement, please refer to the info stated on the voucher for finalise arrangement.

  • Tour will still proceed in the event of rain if there are no cancellation mentioned. Guest that choose to not participate in the tour will be assumed as NO SHOW.

  • In the event of NO SHOW , there will be no refund for guest.

  • If the tour is cancelled by the operation team due to unforseen circumstances before the tour proceeds , guest will be refunded the tour fee. Tour fee will not be refunded once the tour is proceeding.

  • Operation team reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tours if weather conditions do not permit for the safety and comfort of the guest.

  • Due to limited Chinese tour guide, the actual tour guide language will subject to operators final arrangement, please note that no refund will be granted in case your requested tour guide language cannot be accommodate.

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations made at least 3 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
