- For course reservations, a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged for cancellations made two days prior, 50% for cancellations made one day prior, and 100% for cancellations made on the day of the reservation. For à la carte orders, a fee of 2000 yen per person will be charged for cancellations made within three days. For group reservations of 15 or more people, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made two weeks or less prior to the reservation date.
