Osaka Subway Bus Pass

• When taking the bus, please scan the dedicated QR code displayed inside the bus before getting off, and show the verification screen to the driver when you get off.
  *A smartphone with an internet connection is required for use. Please confirm your communication environment.
• To begin using the service, please click the link in the voucher you received upon order completion to open the e-ticket, and then click the "Use" button.
  ※Photo screenshots or printed tickets are not acceptable.
• Railway Usage: This pass is not valid for Hankyu, Kita-Osakakyu, Kintetsu, or other railway lines.
  If you travel outside the permitted area, please inform the staff at your arrival station and pay the additional fare.
  When taking the subway, simply scan the QR code at the ticket gate that supports QR codes to enter and exit the station.
  Each ticket is valid for one person only. (Each smartphone can be used by a maximum of four people.)
  If the tram is temporarily suspended, only tickets that have been used and are still valid can be used on designated alternative modes of transport.
  You will be unable to use this service if your ticket cannot be displayed due to device malfunction, electronic device failure, or unstable communication service. In this case, please pay the fare separately before using the service. Please note that fares paid during the period when the ticket cannot be displayed will not be refunded.
  The use of tickets is subject to the terms and conditions of each transportation company, passenger regulations, and other relevant policies.
• When using the discounted facilities, please show the staff the banner (image) on your ticket. If the banner (image) cannot be displayed due to system errors or other reasons, the discount will not be available.
  Please note that you may not be able to enjoy the discount if the facility is closed or the ticket banner (image) is not displayed. In this case, refunds or cancellations will not be accepted.
• Important Notes Regarding Purchasing Multiple Tickets: If you purchase multiple tickets at once, the system can only activate all tickets at once. They cannot be used separately. Please ensure all tickets are for the same trip. If you need to use them for multiple trips, please purchase them separately.
• To prevent unauthorized use, when you reactivate an e-ticket in a different environment than when you first activated it, the system will require you to verify it using an OTP dynamic password. Please follow the steps below to complete the verification.

1. Please enter an email address that can receive emails normally, and press the send button.
2. Please check your inbox to see if you have received the OTP password email. If you cannot find the email, it may have been categorized as spam. If you still cannot find it in your spam folder, it may be due to an incorrect email address. Please reopen the e-ticket website and enter your email address again.
3. Please enter the OTP password provided in the email on the e-ticket screen and click Confirm. If the password is correct, you will be redirected to the e-ticket usage screen.
   Please note: Once OTP verification is complete, the email address cannot be changed. Therefore, please be sure to enter your own email address during verification.
