Our specialty appetizer (charge) is "tripe and white kidney beans stewed in tomato sauce," which is an all-you-can-eat dish with free refills. This tripe is carefully prepared by our chefs over a long period of time. It is a masterpiece that we would like you to try, so we serve it as an appetizer. There is a charge of 600 yen per person.
