A directly managed store of 'Hitachino Nest Beer', born from the Kiuchi Brewery in Ibaraki. Enjoy 8-9 types of Hitachino Nest Beer on tap! We also offer limited edition beers exclusive to our direct stores, as well as Hinomaru Whisky, Hinomaru Gin Kurafudo, and Kikusakari (Sake)! Spend a wonderful time with dishes that pair perfectly with beer, made using ingredients from Hitachino.

In the brewing kettle inside the store, you can experience brewing the wort for your own original beer. You can consult with Hitachino Nest's brewers to create the beer recipe you want to make, and then brew the wort together. The brewed wort will be made into beer at a factory in Ibaraki and delivered to you. *Reservations are required, and you can contact the store for details.
