- Arrive promptly at the designated meeting point as the bus will depart on schedule. Latecomers won't be eligible for refunds
- Keep your luggage under 20 kg. You can usually store excess baggage at Las Vegas hotels
- Please refer to the voucher for the pick up information. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund if you miss the tour due to the failure to choosing the correct pickup point
- This tour has small group and private group package with same itineraries but different age limit and minimum group size of people for a single booking. Please note that upon booking. The age limit for small group package is 7+ while it is 5+ for private tour package
- Please note that a sunrise view is not always available in Monument Valley. Refunds will not be offered to travelers who do not see the sunrise view
- Ticket prices for optional activities are provided for reference only. Consider them carefully before making your booking
- Please provide an active and reachable contact number when booking in the event of an emergency
- Travelers may be required to present identification documents (e.g., passport, ID card) for identity verification. Carry these documents with you on the day of your visit

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–15 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
