I went in the morning in October. Following the guide down steep stairs and squeezing through narrow gaps in the rocks gave me an exciting feeling like I was on an adventure! Everywhere you look is picturesque. I recommend checking the time of day when the sun shines in nicely deep inside the area. The contrast in your photos will be amazing! Bags are strictly prohibited, so be aware that you can only bring things that fit in your pockets and a water bottle (with a strap). I strongly recommend wearing sneakers.

Although it was a Japanese-language tour, and the guide spoke in Japanese, they still used English to explain key points. They accompanied the group to all the attractions (except Antelope Canyon, which couldn't be entered together) and took photos with them, and thoughtfully asked if we needed water. For our family, which includes a seven-year-old, they also provided a child car seat. The Japanese tour was very punctual! At the end, on Highway 66, a different driver took over, allowing the guide/driver to rest and leave.
