This authentic pizzeria, produced by Salvatore Cuomo, the man who helped popularize Neapolitan pizza in Japan, has been reborn as a warm, cafe-style space with a wood-grain theme. We also offer a wide variety of pasta, appetizers, and desserts made with carefully selected ingredients. We can also prepare a dessert plate with a message for special occasions.
Salvatore Cuomo's original pizza. It is made with ripe cherry tomatoes and 100% buffalo milk Bocconcini cheese, which is D.O.C. certified under strict production regulations, and the name of the pizza comes from this fact. It is a simple yet luxurious pizza that truly represents Naples.
For celebrating a special someone's birthday or anniversary, we will prepare a Salvatore original dessert plate with a message. After a delicious meal, enjoy a special dessert to create a memorable moment. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
