We purchase whole Omi Kuroge Wagyu beef, carefully selected from the Omi market in Shiga Prefecture and ranked A5 BMS 10 or higher, and serve it as exquisite yakiniku using our signature cutting techniques. We buy the whole cow at auction at Omi Market in Shiga Prefecture! Omi Beef A5, No. 10 and above is a double-edged sword. You can also enjoy various cuts and grilled methods of your choice from our recommended menu, which you can take a photo of before enjoying.
This large cut allows you to fully enjoy the power of sirloin, the king of meat. A special chef's knife is used. In order to check the tenderness of the aged meat one by one, no slicers are used and all cuts are done carefully by a craftsman. It takes great skill to cut such large, thin, uniform slices. The thinly sliced sirloin is dipped in a special sukiyaki sauce and quickly grilled. Dip it in a raw egg and enjoy the delicious taste that fills your mouth!!

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
