Ginza's secret alley, Shusse Kaido, is where this restaurant quietly sits, exciting its visitors. Open the heavy door, sit down on a soft sofa, and take a break with about 30 types of wine selected by a sommelier and some relaxing jazz. In this relaxing place, you can spend a quiet evening enjoying A5 and A4 rank Kuroge Wagyu beef grilled on a crystal plate or charcoal, as well as classical and unpretentious Western cuisine. We can also provide a selection of wine and food within your budget.
Our restaurant is located along a narrow alleyway that runs through Kenban-dori and Namiki-dori, commonly known as Shusse-kaido. As it is not on a main street, you can enjoy the exhilaration of visiting a secret restaurant that no one knows about, and spend a relaxing time in Ginza. Inside the restaurant, the owner's favorite Bill Evans piano music plays, and the antique sofas around the counter are very comfortable to sit on. The oven, which was once the symbol of the restaurant, has been transformed into a showcase, and is decorated with prosciutto and other items.
Our sommelier is on staff and carefully selects high-quality wines. We always have about 30 bottles in stock, from traditional wine regions such as France to New World wines such as South Africa, Argentina, and New Zealand. In addition, our affiliated stores have huge cellars, so we can offer brands that are not on the menu. We also have wines by the glass, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Syrah, as well as light and full-bodied wines.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
