We recommend the 'White Liver,' which is as rich as foie gras and enjoyed with our homemade sauce that has been perfected over 10 years!! Our skewers are made with domestically produced meat. They are coated in our homemade sauce, which has been added to for over 10 years, and grilled to perfection. Our recommendation is the "white liver." It is as rich as foie gras and has little of the distinctive smell of liver, and is a rare cut that is said to be caught in only one out of several hundred birds. Another recommended dish is the "assorted skewers," which are skewered in-store. Please enjoy our dishes, which make the most of our carefully selected fresh ingredients, to your heart's content.
Our recommended dish is "Extreme Mochi Pork Steamed in a bamboo steamer" that is made by placing several kinds of vegetables in a bamboo steamer resembling an Asakusa lantern, then topping it with Extreme Mochi Pork and steaming it. Please enjoy it with our refreshing homemade sauce.
We have a wide variety of drinks that are carefully selected to go with the food. In addition to beer, chuhai, and highballs, which are must-haves for toasting, we also have the Asakusa specialty Denkibran and Hoppy, a familiar drink at popular bars. We also have about 30 types of whiskey, including Japanese whiskey, and a wide variety of cocktails that are easy for women to drink, so please enjoy a wonderful time with your favorite drink in hand ◎
The stylish interior, with its warm wooden interior, is bright, lively, yet calm. There are counter seats for a cozy drink for one person or a date, as well as table seats that are perfect for a girls' night out or a drink after work. Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
