  • There is no cloakroom at Lift 109. Luggage with wheels, large bags, sports equipment, folding bikes, or scooters will not be permitted

  • Children under 2 can enter free of charge and do not require a ticket
  • There are 39 stairs to climb up and down. If you require a step-free route, please reserve the wheelchair lift. The maximum wheelchair size we can accommodate is 115cm by 65cm
  • For safety reasons, any luggage with wheels, large bags over A4 size 210 x 297 mm, sports equipment, folding bikes, or scooters are not allowed during the visit
