Poo Pad Pong Curry is a seafood curry stir-fry using crab that originated in Thailand. Poo means crab! It is characterized by stir-frying crab and vegetables with curry powder and finally covering them with eggs! The fluffy eggs and crab flavor and the spicy heat are irresistible! The eggs also make the spiciness mild, so even those who don't like spicy food can enjoy it!
