One of the reasons for the deliciousness of the meat they serve is that they source it from contracted farms in Kagoshima, both domestic and overseas, and the producers are visible to the eye. The meat is kept under strict temperature control and the freshness is strictly checked.
Our specialty "Organ Sashimi" is made using rare cuts of meat, and is a delicacy that can only be eaten fresh. *There are risks associated with eating raw meat. People with weak immune systems should refrain from eating raw meat. Once the fatty and plump "Specially Selected Offal" is cooked, it can be enjoyed with the special dipping sauce.
