ー Store Introduction ー
The 'Wa' (Japanese style) of Tokyo Kaikan. Conveying delicate and beautiful Japanese cuisine and the refined spirit of the Japanese people 'forever and ever'

'Japanese Cuisine Yachiyo' supports the 'Wa' of Tokyo Kaikan, which celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2022. Top-tier chefs, recipients of the 'Yellow Ribbon Medal' and recognized as 'Contemporary Master Craftsmen', continue to pass down Japanese food culture and the refined spirit of the Japanese people 'forever and ever'. Please enjoy a graceful experience with soul-satisfying special dishes and hospitality in a warm space featuring an irori (hearth) overlooking the Imperial Palace.
One dish that could be said to be a symbol of Yachiyo, which continues to pass on the Japanese culture of "Japanese cuisine" "for generations to come." This is "charcoal grilling." Different carefully selected ingredients from each season are slowly grilled over a special charcoal fire. The charm of the dish is that the red color of the charcoal fire that gently spills over gives off a sense of warmth that is almost comforting. We offer the delicate presentation that is unique to Japanese cuisine and the hospitality of the traditional and prestigious "Tokyo Kaikan."
