All courses come with homemade fresh pasta. We make pappardelle, a type of pasta with jagged edges, every day using strong flour. The most popular dish is our homemade spinach and mozzarella cheese pasta with tomato sauce. This unique sauce is made by simmering a lot of aromatic vegetables and adding spices. Using cooking techniques learned in Italy, we simmer the sauce for two hours. Please enjoy this painstakingly made pasta that we are proud of.
The Verde course includes an appetizer, pasta, meat dish, and dessert.
