Founded in 1958, this is a historic yakiniku restaurant in Shimbashi. We offer exquisite dishes that pursue authentic flavor, featuring premium female Wagyu beef selected with over half a century of expertise, and supreme Wagyu yukhoe crafted with traditional artisan skills. Our open-plan table seating can accommodate everything from small group dinners to large banquets of up to 50 people. We purchase Japanese Black Beef that can be eaten raw, and provide raw meat that has been preserved, processed, and cooked in dedicated facilities approved by the local health center. Please enjoy our meat with peace of mind.
Carefully selected female Japanese Black Beef sirloin is thinly sliced and grilled to perfection by our staff before being served with a rich, sweet and spicy sukiyaki-style sauce and the yolk of "Japan's best egg."
We have prepared a special course where you can enjoy carefully selected Japanese Black Beef to your heart's content! We have a total of 94 different menu items, including various cuts and seasonings of Japanese Black Beef, fresh offal delivered directly from the market, side dishes, and meals!
The store is not air-conditioned by a regular air conditioner, but by a fresh air exchange type hot and cold water machine. In addition, the smokeless roaster forces the air out, so the store is well ventilated even without opening the windows. The open space table seats are also spaciously arranged.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
