Over seven days each October, SXSW Sydney® 2024 brings together participants on Gadigal Land for a comprehensive exploration of advancements in technology, gaming, music, screen, and culture. This event attracts over 100,000 attendees, featuring more than 1,000 sessions, screenings, and brand activations.
SXSW Sydney® 2024 was introduced to connect thought leaders, creatives, and innovators from the Asia-Pacific region with global audiences. After a successful inaugural year, the 2024 edition aims to expand its offerings, providing a wide range of programming that includes conference sessions, screenings, and opportunities for professional development.
SXSW Sydney® 2024 continues to serve as a key platform in the Asia-Pacific region, inviting contributions from both emerging and established professionals, fostering an environment for discovery and collaboration across various industries.

— How to Purchase and Attend —
- Since badges cannot be shared and must be registered to individual email addresses. Each order will allow one person to book with own email address. Please make separate orders on the KKday website with different email addresses for different person
- The official registration link for the QR codes for badge pickup will be sent directly to your email. Therefore, please ensure you provide a valid email address at the time of booking. If your valid email differs from the KKday registered email, please leave your valid email in the request and remarks
- Please ensure you register using the same name as indicated on your passport to guarantee a valid entry
- Closer to the event date, you will receive an email from SXSW Sydney with the official registration link. Please must register through the link before visit
- Please note that the KKday voucher you received is to confirm the booking, but not the official ticket to entry
- If you do not receive the registration email at your provided email address, please contact KKday at least 5 days before the event
- No refund will be issued if purchaser do not register in advance

Reminders
Any and all payments made to SXSW Sydney® 2024 are non-refundable, including without limitation, for failure to use credentials as a result of a change in your personal circumstances or due to external factors
Use of credentials by anyone other than the authorized individual will result in revocation of the credentials without a refund
SXSW Sydney® 2024 will not issue refunds, deferrals or credits for credentials that have been revoked
SXSW Sydney® 2024 reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute speakers, performers, panelists, individual official events and/or vary advertised programs, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity
SXSW Sydney® 2024 is not responsible for personal lost or damaged items
Please follow the event rules to wear, possess, and present the credentials at physical events. SXSW Sydney reserves the right to deny entry to participants who do not comply
Participant understands and agrees that participating in the events is voluntary and may involve certain risks of physical injury, damage to property, whether physical property or intellectual property, and other damages or losses that may be sustained by participant
