• Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations made after application due to customer reasons.
• The organizers will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained during the event. The participation fee does not include event insurance or other insurance premiums. We strongly recommend that you obtain your own insurance.
• Participation is restricted to high school students and younger. Please refrain from bringing a guardian.
• Registration will be via electronic ticket. Please display the voucher screen for your desired session and come to the reception desk.
• I consent to the reporting, publication, and use of event footage, photographs, articles, records, etc. (including personal information such as name, age, gender, records, and portrait) in newspapers, television, magazines, the internet, brochures, etc. Furthermore, the rights to publication and use belong to the organizer.
  

Regarding decisions made during rainy weather

Basic Policy

• SKY TERRACE YOGA will proceed regardless of rain. However, in the case of Sunset Yoga, depending on the weather, you may not be able to see the sunset. Please be aware of this in advance.
  However, the event may be canceled in the event of severe weather such as a typhoon. The decision will be made based on the weather forecast at 8:00 PM the day before, taking into consideration factors such as rainfall (snowfall), temperature, wind speed, and the condition of the facilities.

Regarding the decision to cancel the event due to rain.

• The decision regarding cancellation due to rain will be as follows:
  
  ① An initial decision will be made at 8:00 PM the day before, and participants will be notified via the email address they registered whether the event will be canceled or whether a decision will be made on the day of the event.
  *If a decision is made on the day of the event, we will accept cancellations (refunds) as it will be a last-minute decision. We will inform you of the cancellation method along with the notification.
  ② If a decision is to be made on the day, the final decision will be made at 15:00, and we will notify you of the cancellation or whether the event will proceed via the email address you registered.

Regarding situations where the minimum number of participants is not met:

• If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the event may be cancelled.
  Confirmation will be made one week in advance, and in case of cancellation, we will notify you via the email address you registered.

How to Use Your Voucher
