Please note that you must abide by the boarding time. The bus will depart on time and you cannot join the tour group midway. Lateness will be deemed as automatic abandonment of the trip and no refund will be given.
If you fail to show up without any notice on the day, it will be deemed as giving up and no refund will be given.
Once the physical ticket is exchanged, no cancellation or refund will be provided.

If the tour cannot be carried out due to force majeure such as weather, we will send a notification as soon as possible and refund the full amount.

The bus provides storage for large or small luggage.
Japanese tour guides only provide services in Japanese. They will also use signboards to indicate the meeting time and location for each attraction. Please be sure to confirm before getting off the bus to visit.
The time you spend on the bus after getting off the bus includes the time you need to walk to the sightseeing spots.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
