- Wheelchair users are welcome to participate in the tour. Wheelchairs can be stored in the bus while it is moving, but please be aware that some tourist attractions have steps and gravel areas, which may make it difficult for wheelchairs to move around.
- The condition of the flowers is mainly affected by weather factors. Even if they are not in their best viewing condition, the tour will still be organized as scheduled. Please make a careful assessment before placing an order.

Once the physical ticket is exchanged, no cancellation or refund will be provided.
Please note that you must abide by the boarding time. The bus will depart on time and you cannot join the tour midway. Lateness will be deemed as automatic abandonment of the trip and no refund will be given.
All buses have assigned seats, and the seat numbers will be notified on the day. If there are not many seats left on the day of booking, the seats for passengers with the same flight may be separated, and you will be notified of this during booking. If no notification is given, adjacent seats will be automatically arranged.
Please note that the itinerary and time required may be changed due to weather, activities, and traffic control.
If the tour cannot be carried out due to force majeure such as weather, we will send a notification as soon as possible and refund the full amount.
Japanese tour guides only provide services in Japanese. They will also use signboards to indicate the meeting time and location for each attraction. Please be sure to confirm before getting off the bus to visit.
The bus provides storage for large and small luggage.
The time you spend on the bus after getting off the bus includes the time you need to walk to the sightseeing spots.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
