Additionally, the operator is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings or for changes to the itinerary due to Force Majeure.
Participants are responsible for any loss or damage to trip facilities, such as life jackets, snorkels, and masks, and will be charged according to the value of these items.
Participants carrying illegal drugs or causing disturbances may be removed or repatriated without a refund.
Cancellation Policy

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
