- Each person is entitled to bring one piece of luggage for free, with no size limit (please inform us in advance when booking. If not notified in advance and the vehicle becomes crowded, the driver/guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be provided). For any additional luggage, a fee of 2,000 JPY per piece must be paid on-site.
- Children aged 0-2 who do not occupy a seat can be held; children aged 3 and above are treated as adults. If you are traveling with a child who does not occupy a seat without prior notification, we reserve the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be provided.
- The guide will not contact passengers in advance. On the day of the tour, passengers must go to the meeting point independently and report to the guide or staff member wearing a 'yellow vest or holding a GOGODAY yellow flag.' Please cooperate with each other and follow the guide's arrangements.
- Reference vehicle types: 5-8 seater: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater: Toyota Hiace or equivalent; 18-22 seater: minibus; over 22 seats: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and the actual vehicle will be adjusted according to the number of people on the day.
