- 1. [Reception]: You can come to the store empty-handed! If you are unsure of where we are, please contact us by phone. After you arrive at the store, please show the kkday screen to the staff. After that, we will explain our store rules and you will choose your kimono.
- 2. [Kimono selection] You can choose from all kinds of kimonos, including the popular lace kimono and antique kimono. You can choose from a variety of kimono genres, including retro modern, dull, simple, mode, classic patterns, chic, pop, lace, and plain, so you're sure to find a kimono that suits your taste and atmosphere.
- 3. [Kimono Dressing/Hair Styling] For kimono rentals for sightseeing where you'll be walking around, our kimono dressers will quickly and beautifully dress you in a style suitable for everyday wear. For ceremonies such as graduation ceremonies and coming-of-age ceremonies, we will dress you in a style that is beautiful and less likely to come undone, tailored to your needs. All the necessary tools for dressing are provided, so you don't need to bring anything. For hair styling, our hairstylists will create a hairstyle that suits your Japanese attire, taking into account the length and texture of your hair. Many of our staff members hold national qualifications in kimono dressing, as well as have experience in hair styling for bridal services and talent agencies.

[Dressing/Hairstyling] Our kimono dressers will quickly and beautifully dress you in a kimono suitable for street wear when you are renting a kimono for sightseeing and walking around, and for ceremonies such as graduation ceremonies and coming-of-age ceremonies, we will dress you in a beautiful and sturdy kimono that will not come undone. All the tools necessary for dressing are provided, so you do not need to bring anything with you. For hair styling, our hair stylists will style your hair to match your Japanese clothing according to the length and texture of your hair. We have many staff members who are nationally qualified in kimono dressing and have experience styling hair at bridal and talent agencies.
- 5. [Departure] Once you have dressed, set your hair, and paid, you can leave. Please take a photo of your baggage number and keep it with you. When you leave, the staff will take out your luggage for you. On the day, you can return it by 5:30 p.m., so you can go anywhere until then.

・Women: 145cm or more - 175cm
・Male: 155cm or more - 195cm
*We do not have kimonos or yukatas for children, but children who meet the height requirements above can use the facilities. The plans are the same as for adults.
Pregnant women may use the facility if they are in the stable period.
*We do not recommend that pregnant women use our services from a safety standpoint. We cannot take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances. We ask that you fill out a consent form at the time of reception.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
