- Please come to the reception 10 minutes before boarding time.
- After checking in, we will explain how to put on a life jacket and how to board safely.
- The water roller coaster allows you to feel the spray and wind with your whole body while enjoying the incredible speed and thrills, making it the perfect ride for a hot summer day☀️
- The speed will be faster than you can imagine! Enjoy the exhilarating experience while taking in the ocean views of Osaka Port.
- Please follow the instructions of the captain and staff and enjoy your trip safely.

Please be sure to arrive at the dock 10 minutes before the boarding time. If you are late, you may not be able to board.
You will need to fill out a "Pre-Boarding Agreement."
Large luggage cannot be brought on board the ship, so please bring as little baggage as possible.
Any baggage that cannot be carried on board will be left at the boarding area.
The ship will depart after the departure time, so you will not be able to board. *Please note that if you are unable to board, we cannot offer refunds or reschedule you to the next ferry.
If the service is cancelled due to bad weather, we will process the cancellation.
Before boarding, you will be given a safety briefing.
Please be sure to wear a life jacket.
Your clothes may get wet from splashes of water.
Please note that drunk people, pregnant women, small children, and elderly people will not be allowed on board.

- For cancellations made 7 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
