This steak plate uses carefully selected thigh meat from Daikichi Shoten, a store that has been serving Omi beef since its establishment in 1896. You can enjoy the simple flavor of the meat with red rock salt.
The mini parfait, which uses seasonal vegetables for salads and soups, and locally grown Omi Koshihikari rice, is made with jelly and sake lees mousse made with local sake Hagi no Tsuyu from Takashima Fukui Yahei Shoten.
