- Seats on high-speed trains are automatically assigned by the system. We cannot guarantee seat continuity, nor can we specify seats or carriages. If you require consecutive seats, please indicate this in the remarks column. Actual seating arrangements are subject to the system's assignment results.
- If you need to change your train/bus number, please contact KKday customer service 8 days before departure. Only one change is allowed. No changes will be accepted within 7 days of departure.
- High-speed rail reservations open 29 days before departure. Orders can be placed up to 29 days in advance, but securing a seat cannot be guaranteed.
- Because high-speed rail tickets can only be booked within 29 days (including the day of travel), if the 29th day falls on a Friday or Saturday, you can flexibly book tickets up to Sunday. If your travel date is beyond the booking period, the order processing staff will prioritize booking the train you need after booking opens, but the actual train availability will depend on the reply from the order processing staff.
- The definition of a child varies depending on the itinerary, and any additional charges on-site are subject to the regulations of the service provider.
- For children not occupying a bed, the price only includes insurance and administrative processing fees. If a high-speed rail ticket is required, it can be purchased when selecting the number of tickets. Any other additional costs must be borne by the customer on-site.
- Children not occupying a bed: This means that the child does not occupy a bed. If you decide to have 2 children share a bed, please select 1 child + 1 child not occupying a bed; the maximum number of children not occupying a bed is 2 (for any additional restrictions on the number of children, please see the child definition description for each product). Children not occupying a bed do not include hotel meals, facility use and supplies.
- Placing an order for a package does not mean the reservation is complete. A voucher will be issued after the order processing staff confirms the order and indicates that the order has been successfully placed. If you have any doubts, please do not place an order.

Before ordering this product, please be sure to read the ordering instructions and related agreements of the product carefully. If the orderer is not the passenger himself, the orderer will be in the position of an agent, which means he is obliged to fully inform the passenger of his/her itinerary. The ordering instructions and restrictions are legally binding on the traveler after clicking to agree. If you purchase the "Love Ticket/Respect for the Elderly Ticket", please be sure to bring valid documents in and out of the station on the day of departure to facilitate inspection by the high-speed rail station staff. If you do not bring the certificate or have any discrepancies with it after inspection by the high-speed rail, the high-speed rail has the right to reject your ticket. To ride, you need to purchase another high-speed rail ticket before you can ride. The original high-speed rail holiday ticket cannot be refunded or refunded.
Nangang, Taipei, and Banqiao. The above three stations are not applicable to any two stations as the departure station and arrival station (for example: if the destination station is Taipei Station, the departure station is not applicable to Nangang and Banqiao stations).
The price includes a full round-trip ticket for a corresponding seat in a high-speed rail standard carriage; the date of travel must be the same as the departure date of the itinerary, and a single order can only enter and exit the departure station and destination station at the same point, and take the same train. The item is a return ticket and no one-way refund is allowed.
The high-speed rail tickets for this project are discounted fares, can only be used on the same day, and are anonymous. If lost, they will not be reissued, so please keep them properly. All documents that have been altered, defaced, or photocopied will be invalid.
For pre-orders departing after the 29th, please fill in the 2 to 3 high-speed rail trains you want to take on the outbound and return trips in the "Order Notes". The actual trains obtained will be subject to the customer service staff's reply.

- Taiwan High Speed Rail
1. Please use your physical ticket or mobile phone e-ticket to enter the high-speed rail station
2. High-speed rail reservations are only available within 29 days of your travel date. If your travel date is not within 29 days, your reservation will be made and mailed after the opening date.
3. Each passenger in the same booking is limited to boarding/disembarking at the same station and cannot board/disembark at different stations.
4. High Speed Rail holiday tickets are special, with specific departure and arrival stations. For example, if you depart from Taipei Station and stay at a Kaohsiung hotel, your outbound ticket will be from Taipei to Zuoying, and your return ticket will be from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be given for any stops beyond the designated destination. If you miss a stop, you will need to pay the difference in the official High Speed Rail fare.
5. This special offer high-speed rail ticket is a discounted ticket and is only valid for travel on the designated train on the day.

1. According to the regulations for high-speed rail holiday tickets, no refunds can be made for any single leg of the journey.
2. All ticket refunds must be handled by KKday. Ticket refunds and exchanges are not available at the ticket windows at any High Speed Rail stations.
3. Note: Due to the High Speed Rail holiday ticket regulations, if multiple people book the same ticket and need to cancel or exchange their tickets, they must process the refund or exchange together. Individual refunds or exchanges are not permitted. A refund or exchange fee will be charged to all participants. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- High-Speed Rail Holiday Cancellation Policy -
- If you need to cancel an order, please contact KKday customer service first.
- Due to administrative time constraints, the cancellation policy will be based on the text below KKday. Order cancellation requests will only be accepted between 08:30 and 16:00 daily. Requests submitted after this time will be considered deferred for one day.
- If you have already issued a high-speed rail ticket, an additional cancellation fee of NTD20 per ticket will be charged (round-trip tickets count as 2 tickets)
- Free cancellation for more than eight days before departure (excluding departure date)
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations within seven to four days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount will be charged.
- If you notify us of any changes or cancellations within three days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a cancellation fee of 70% of the total amount will be charged.
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations on the departure date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- (For example, if you depart on 12/8 and change or cancel your order before 11/30, you will be charged a free cancellation fee. If you change or cancel your order between 12/1 and 4, you will be charged a 30% handling fee. If you change or cancel your order between 12/5 and 7, you will be charged a 70% handling fee.)
