• There may be supporters standing up behind the goal, so if you would like to sit and watch the game, we recommend that you do so in an area other than behind the goal.
  
• Please note that in the area behind the goal, it may be difficult to see parts of the pitch due to supporters waving large flags, advertising billboards, photographers, and television cameras between the seats and the pitch. Please note that the areas that cannot be seen will vary depending on your seat position.
  
• Please note that all or part of the footage (including still images) taken within the stadium (including concourses) for the purpose of use in live broadcasts of matches (including portraits of individual visitors, banners, flags, chants, and other creative objects) may be used for the following purposes other than live broadcasts of matches.
  

(1) Use on large video displays in stadiums and various monitors installed around the venue

(2) Use in official media

(3) Use in news programs and related media

(4) Use in video productions and other productions and in various sales products

• Except in the case of a match being postponed or canceled, ticket prices, payment fees, transportation costs, accommodation costs, communication costs, etc. cannot be refunded or canceled.
  
• If the match is abandoned after kick-off, no refunds will be given.
  
• Please understand that we cannot guarantee that any particular player will participate before purchasing tickets.
  
• Please note that there may be cases where players listed on the official website or in advertisements are unable to participate. Please understand this before purchasing.
  
• If you illegally resell "specific event tickets" or receive tickets for the purpose of illegally reselling them, you may be subject to imprisonment of up to one year, a fine of up to one million yen, or both. Please do not purchase tickets that are being resold at high prices.
  
• If you resell tickets or purchase resold tickets, you may be refused entry. Please note that even if you are refused entry, no refunds will be given.
  
• Each person with a disability may only be accompanied by one person.
  
• If you have two or more companions, please purchase separate seat tickets for the second and subsequent companions. In this case, the second and subsequent companions will not be able to watch the game together in wheelchair seats.

• If you are supporting Gamba Osaka or plan to wear or use a uniform or merchandise, please purchase a ticket other than the "Unreserved Seats behind the goal (Stade de Reims side)."
  
• The "Unreserved seats behind the goal (Stade de Reims side)" area is only available for use when wearing Stade de Reims uniforms, merchandise, uniforms from other countries, or club team uniforms. We ask for your understanding in order to prevent any trouble.
