Entoba Izakaya is located on the 17th floor of Blue Horse Commercial Building, Hau Fuk Street, Tsim Sha Tsui. It specializes in high-quality skewers and seasonal sashimi, and carefully selects Japanese seasonal ingredients airlifted to Hong Kong.
Entoriba was founded by Chef Rong who has 26 years of experience in Japanese cuisine. He has served as the head chef of high-end Japanese restaurants in Central and Causeway Bay. In 2018, he also obtained the SSI International Sommelier qualification, so the food production and sake pairing are more guaranteed.
The restaurant is designed with a traditional Japanese-style izakaya, and its main dishes include hand-baked chicken sticks, limited edition beef tongue core, Korean-style beef ribs, freshly made mentaiko egg rolls, etc...
