The buffet food was fresh, plentiful, and constantly replenished, which was truly commendable. For hot meats, they only had oxtail; adding more chicken would have made it even better. The oxtail was cooked very well. There were also various desserts, cakes, tofu pudding, ice cream, etc. Although the selection wasn't extensive, it was excellent value for the price.

Not many restaurants offer dry-aged steaks these days, and CARVER has its own dry-aged refrigerator, which is very professional. The staff were attentive and professional, and you could see many regulars chatting and laughing. It's a very nice place to dine.

I'd always wanted to try Chen's Kitchen's tea set, and I finally got to this day—it certainly didn't disappoint! The restaurant was comfortable and elegantly decorated. The waiter seated us on the sofas, and since it wasn't crowded that day, the atmosphere was quiet, perfect for chatting with friends. We especially loved the savory items in the tea set; the food was exquisite and delicious. I also ordered the rosehip and hibiscus tea, and both the teapot and teacups were beautifully presented. Afterwards, the waiter served a three-tiered dessert platter. There were many different kinds of desserts, and they were all beautifully presented—we couldn't resist taking photos. Overall, the tea set was excellent; the desserts and pancakes were generously portioned, and we were very satisfied and full. It was definitely worth the price, and I would definitely come back if I had the chance.
