If it is found at the boarding site that the number of people or luggage does not match the number of people ordered, resulting in overloading, the driver has the right to refuse to provide service without refund.

The extra charge for multiple drop-offs can be paid to the driver on-site and will range from NT$200 to NT$2,000.
Child seats for children under 4 years old are available. The cost is NT$200 per child seat. Please note this in your order and pay the driver on-site.
For domestic arrivals, if you have selected "No sign-holding service required," please contact the driver upon arrival at the arrival hall and proceed to Gate 2 of the domestic terminal at Kaohsiung Airport to board the vehicle. Please confirm the vehicle's license plate number before boarding.
For international arrivals, if you have selected "No sign-holding service required," please contact the driver upon arrival at the arrival hall and proceed to the parking lot opposite Exit 7 of the Kaohsiung International Terminal to board the vehicle.
