*Free waiting time: The driver will wait for 10 minutes free of charge. If the driver does not show up yet, it will be deemed to have given up voluntarily and no refund will be given. Pick-up time: If no designated pick-up time is provided in the remarks, the driver will wait for you at the pick-up area based on the actual flight arrival time.
*Free waiting time: The driver will wait for free for 1 hour from the actual landing time of the flight. If you have not yet cleared customs, it will be regarded as voluntary abandonment and no refund will be given.
*If the pick-up time is specified: If the specified pick-up time has been provided in the remarks, the driver will wait for 30 minutes free of charge. Please arrive on time; if the passenger fails to board on time, it will be regarded as voluntary abandonment and no refund will be given.
*Flight arrives early: Wait 60 minutes according to the actual arrival time of the flight. If you have not cleared customs, it will be deemed as voluntary abandonment and no refund will be given.
*Flight delayed arrival: Within 1 hour of delay, the driver will wait at the scene for 60 minutes based on the actual arrival time of the flight. If the delay exceeds 1 hour, please contact KKday customer service.
