- First, the guide will explain in English about the venue's facilities and important points to note. There will be other participants in the studio booth, so we will explain some rules that you must follow!
- Once the explanation is finished, it's time to choose your costume! There are over 100 costumes to choose from!
- You're sure to find your favorite outfit!
- Your guide will also suggest outfits with designs that will suit you! Your guide, who is an expert in clothing, will also give you advice on the size that will suit you best!
- *We have a variety of costume sizes available. If you have any concerns about the size, please contact us in advance.
- Once you find your favorite costume, it's time to change into it! Kimono and ninja costumes might be a little difficult to put on, but don't worry, your English guide will help you out!

Please note that wig and makeup services are not available.
You are welcome to do your own makeup within the allotted time. Please bring your own makeup if needed. A vanity with a mirror and a hair iron are available for free use.
The costume is delicately made and cannot be worn directly against the skin, so please wear an undershirt or similar garment underneath.
• Sizes are Japanese sizes, and most items are made of materials that do not stretch easily. We update our sizing regularly, so please contact us if you have any questions about sizing.

- The costumes shown on the tour product page may not be available on the day of the tour due to reasons such as being cleaned or maintained.
• You can wear one outfit per person during the trial program. If the size doesn't fit after trying it on, you can exchange it.
The photos taken will be processed by the photographer and sent to you as data within approximately 3 business days.
Reminders
If you do not arrive at the meeting place by the designated time, it will be considered a no-show and a cancellation fee will be charged.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
