【Participation Requirements】
- Open to participants aged 7 and above.
- Tattoo Policy: Guests with tattoos may be denied entry to hot spring facilities. Please be sure to inform us in advance.
- Each boat has a fixed capacity of 7 passengers. For groups of 8 or more, please note that you will be split into 2 boats.
【Important Information Before and During Participation】
- Typhoon or Heavy Rain: Tours generally proceed in the rain, but may be modified or canceled due to severe weather or rising river levels.

No cancellation fees will be charged for rescheduling or cancellations.
Weather conditions can change rapidly. Please contact us before departure if the weather is unstable.
Please note that travel expenses to the site will not be covered if the tour is canceled on the day of the event. - No Alcohol Policy: Drinking alcohol before or during the tour is strictly prohibited.
If you are found to be intoxicated during check-in, you will be refused participation.
Please refrain from consuming alcohol until the end of the tour, including during lunch.
In such cases, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
Entering the river while intoxicated is extremely dangerous. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring your own safety. - Injuries: In the event of an injury during the tour, on-site first aid will be provided, and medical attention or emergency transport will be arranged if necessary.
Medical expenses incurred at medical facilities are the responsibility of the participant. Please carry a copy of your health insurance card.
Any subsequent hospitalization costs will be handled accordingly, and the company's accident insurance will be applied. - Safety Participation Standards: To maintain vessel balance and ensure emergency safety, this tour has recommended physical size limits.
Maximum Equipment Specifications: Weight limit 105kg / Height limit 190cm.
Detailed Size Reference: Chest 119cm, Waist 96cm, Hips 114cm (equivalent to a 3XL wetsuit).

- For cancellations made 3 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
