General observation deck:

• Children under 4 years old can enter for free.
• Adult tickets are for high school students and above. Child tickets are for students aged 5 to middle school students.

• Pregnant women, intoxicated tourists, tourists with heart disease, high blood pressure or other illnesses, tourists with osteoporosis, tourists in poor physical or mental condition, and tourists with visual or limb disabilities are not permitted to enter the area.
• Visitors with acrophobia, claustrophobia, or nyctophobia, visitors who do not follow or cooperate with staff instructions, or visitors deemed by staff to be unable to safely use this facility.
• Tourists wearing revealing clothing, skirts, or dresses, and wearing sandals, high heels, leather shoes, wet shoes, or dirty shoes.

• Participation in this activity is at the discretion of the visitor.
• Before participating, please understand that this activity may place a great burden on your physical and mental well-being.
  
• Please agree to these terms of use before participating, and please confirm and strictly abide by the agreement.
• When participating, please ensure you wear a helmet and safety rope or gliding bag.
  
• Once tickets are purchased, orders cannot be cancelled or changed due to personal reasons, nor can replacements be issued.
• If there is a large crowd, you may be asked to wait. We apologize for the inconvenience.
• The event provider shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or dispute arising from this event.

Guidelines for using the DIVE & WALK experience:

• This ticket is only valid for the "Walk" event experience.
  
• A separate admission fee applies to general observation decks and special outdoor observation decks.
  
• Travel agency-issued sightseeing vouchers and discount coupons are not valid.
• Please agree to these terms of use before participating, and please confirm and strictly abide by the agreement.
  
• Visitors under 8 years of age and over 66 years of age are not permitted to participate in the experience.
  
• This activity will take approximately 30 minutes. The time may be longer due to factors such as crowding or weather. Please allow sufficient time for your experience.
  
• During the experience, only photos or videos can be taken using the on-site photography system; the cost is included in the experience fee.
• To prevent items from falling, no personal belongings, including mobile phones, cameras, passports, and other identification documents, are allowed in the activity area.
• Please put all items in your pockets into the designated locker before you begin the experience.
• The event provider shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or dispute arising from this event.

Hankai Railway

• This is a pass that allows unlimited travel on all lines of the Hankai Railway within one day.
• Please bring your order voucher to the ticket center on the 1st floor of Tongtiange to exchange it for a travel ticket.
  
• This ticket is valid for two months from the date of purchase.
  
• How to use your ticket: Please scratch off the year, month, and day of your trip in order and present it to station staff. If more than two of the year, month, and day of your trip have been scratched off, the ticket will be considered invalid.

Osaka Subway and Bus Tickets

• When taking the subway, simply scan the QR code at the ticket gate that supports QR codes to enter and exit the station.
• When taking the bus, please scan the dedicated QR code displayed inside the bus before getting off, and show the verification screen to the driver when you get off.
• When using the discounted facilities, please show the QR code on your ticket to the staff. If the ticket cannot display a QR code due to system errors or other reasons, the discount will not be available.
• Please note that you may not be able to enjoy the discount if the facility is closed or the QR code page is not displayed. In this case, no refund or cancellation will be accepted.
• This ticket is valid for one person only. • This pass is not valid on Hankyu, Kita-Osakakyu, Kintetsu, or other companies' lines.
• If you travel outside the permitted area, please inform the staff at your arrival station and pay the additional fare.
• You will be unable to use this service if your ticket cannot be displayed due to device malfunction, electronic device failure, or unstable communication service. In this case, please pay the fare separately before using the service. Please note that fares paid during the period when the ticket cannot be displayed will not be refunded.
• The use of tickets is subject to the terms and conditions of each transportation company, passenger regulations, and other relevant policies.
• Important notes when purchasing multiple tickets: If you purchase multiple tickets at once, these tickets are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Please ensure that all tickets are used for the same trip.
• When using an e-ticket, please use a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone, click the e-ticket link you received after booking, show the e-ticket to the staff, and press the use button.

  ※ If you purchase multiple tickets at once, they cannot be used separately. Once used, all tickets will be used simultaneously. If you wish to use the tickets individually multiple times, please purchase them separately.
  ※ To prevent unauthorized use, when you reactivate the e-ticket in a different environment than when you first activated it, the system will require you to verify using an OTP dynamic password. Please follow the steps below to complete the verification.
  1. Enter an email address that can receive emails normally, and press the send button.
  2. Check your inbox for the OTP password email. If you cannot find it, it may have been categorized as spam. If you still cannot find it in your spam folder, your email address may be incorrect. Please log in to the website and re-enter your email address.
